healthy heather survives health kick 2010

i did it!
I ACTUALLY FUCKING DID IT.
28 days.
no junk food. no dessert.
only salmon and or chicken salads.
sometimes tuna.
yogurt.
carrots.
oatmeal!
various veggies.
gym 3-5 times a week. depending on my lame schedule.

i miss things. i dont know if ill eat them too soon though.
i miss the IDEA of things.
the idea of going to montannas for cheesecake.
the idea of getting a blizzard at dq.
the idea of a mc griddle for breakfast.
the idea of FREE donuts on a saturday and sunday while working.
it's so much BETTER SOUNDING than stupid baby carrots and oatmeal.

but.
the gym sucks.
AND the worse i eat the more of the gym i have to endure.
so that means.
if i eat better.
the gym is normal sucking amount as opposed to even more sucking.
does that make sense? probably not. oh well.

i cant believe i did it. i treally didnt cheat and i'm actually surprised
i did it successfully.
realllllly surprised.

oh btw i have no interweb... only on my blackberry.
my laptop charger died. the new one died.
my next new one is in the mail.
so i'm sneaking on my sisters computer.
BESIDES my health kick nothing is new.
no boys. at all.
not much going out.
still working at jacks 45 hours a week and shoe club 3 days a week.
still meh about everything and everyone.
at least the gym and health thing gave me something to keep my brain
occupied on lol.
i had at least 48 dreams about dessert during all this.
sighhhhhhhhhh.
