that crawled into the night time?
in through the darkness
next in our lifetime

the trees they speak tonight
whispering softly in these gail force winds
turn around
and see the poison mist
settle on the earth
nightfall is dying while the twilight
inhabits the earth
a thousand creatures' eyes scanning the horizon
for signs of a tomrorrow
asking if there will be a tomorrow
but there wasn't one today
and midnight seems infinate on the ink filled canvas
twice the raven screeched sweet murmurs to me
in the jet-black shadow
i need the aurora to keep the
