In addition, note the phrasing of the cuts on the two voting posts; Mr. Lupin was thanked for "playing," but Sano-san was "ousted." That would lend weight to the theory that Sano was a wolf, I think.
True, and if Huang-san discovered two wolves "last night" that also implies there were three the night before (or Il Palazzo-san would have also discovered it, I assume). I think it is fair to assume that Sano-san was the wolf, then.
Aah, I have a clue. It's old, I'm afraid, since it regards the number riddle - I turned in for the night before I noticed it. Thankfully votes went towards our wolf anyway, but this could still help us eliminate potential wolves.
I find it strange that none of my sheep have been able to solve my riddle, especially when you've come so close.
Who else was that clue incriminating aside from Seiichirou, when it came to initials? It said there were three answers, so two of them should be considered safe. Ash Ketchum and Obi-Wan, perhaps? I'm still not sure if Lady counts as she has only one name.
I'm afraid that the alpha-numeric interpretation leaves too many questions for me to find it applicable, Colonel. Whether or not Lady counts, we cannot simply assume that - and between Sano-san and and Lupin, I believe that Sano-san was more likely a wolf, both from behavior and from hints dropped by the Shepherd - which you may see above - which would clear anyone else singled out via your theory.
Well, that's peculiar. I would have agreed with you before, but after receiving this clue saying I was on the right track, I definitely find it worth looking at now. Which is why I brought it up even after the fact, to help eliminate potential wolves.
I agree that Seiichirou was the wolf; we were told nothing when Lupin was ousted, but we were told only two wolves remained when Seiichirou left. And Sano Seiichirou would explain the repetition of "19," in any case - he's the most obvious name. And if the initials would have to be repeated, then "Ash Ketchum" may not be applicable, because "Obi-Wan Kenobi" uses up the K. So we have a leftover A and L.
How does that clue say that you personally were on the right track? If you are a sheep, the "you" could be a general "you" referring to all the sheep, Colonel Mustang.
In addition, even if what you say is correct, Sano-san being a wolf still clears those named in the clue, while you stated that they should be looked at more closely - and like the question of whether or not Lady counts, the question of whether or not the K could count for Kenobi and Ketchum is simply one is a stretch that I am not willing to make. Your interpretation has far too many doubts in my mind.
Thank you. If nothing else, it is one of those things that could mean many things, but at least it's a way to pick 'three numbers' and find a wolf from among those.
Ah, I'll be a bit late voting, by the way. Unfortunately I probably won't be back until about 1 EST, but I'll do my best to get back on time!

I knew she wasn't a wolf.

Here's another take on it...
1, 11, 12, 15, 19, 19, 23
Seven numbers, three answers, one wolf.We are given three numbers in the wording of the clue as well -- 7, 3, and 1 ( ... )

Hm. Food for thought, and re-thinking, certainly.
