It's almost poetic. Or it would be, if it wasn't quite so literal.

It's sick, there's nothing poetic about it and unfortunately it's not entirely uncommon from where I'm from.

The Order's Enclaves are fine for the most part, but you hear stories from the lands outside.

And I've never particularly cared for that metaphor, consuming, there are better ones to be had.

Tasting, indulging, savoring... all are more pleasant than being consumed.

I don't like the idea of being consumed. Lost, overwhelmed in the pleasure of the moment, but consumed never. It implies a complete loss of self.
