[Unusually happy is definitely the word to describe Harry. Which means Hisoka is unusually bothered by him as he wanders past. Why is this not a bigger village? Normally, he'd be fine ignoring Harry and hoping Harry ignored him in return, but Harry's presently radiating joy and it's annoying enough to warrant commentary.]
I think that flying rat of yours is anemic. [And by that, he means hello.]

[It's not particularly often anymore that Harry smiles brightly like he is now. Harry's usually a bit better about trying to keep his mind closed, knowing that a stalker empath could be nearby at any moment!! Right now he's not concerned about that in the slightest. However, that mood is starting to crash since that empath has made his presence known. He's not sure what to make of this, but his mood has taken a turn for the defensive.]
[He does not stalk! His mun does. He just picks random places to sit outside and read sometimes in an attempt to be Hermione-free. Figures there's usually Potter somewhere.]
Your owl? They're usually a little more independent than that. I wouldn't suggest letting it out of its cage for very long.

She's been my pet since I was eleven. I think I know when to let her out.

Have you ever wondered whether it wants to be a pet in the first place?

She's had plenty of opportunity to leave. Hedwig always comes back.

I'm sure that's how you trained it to behave. It doesn't know any better.

You don't know anything about her. I haven't trained her, and she makes a point of letting me know if she likes something or not. She's a smart owl.
