014 - Harry Potter and the Flying Rappigs [Written/Action]

[After much determination, a little bit of deliberation, but not much destination, Harry has completed harnesses for both of Peony's rappigs. They're made of leather and have wings attached. The wings don't move much, since they're there to help keep the pigs in the air. With more than a few Anti-Gravity charms, a Levitation charm or two, and a little help from his friends, Peony's rappigs can now fly. Not very high, mind you, but it's pretty good under the power cap. He'll be standing underneath shelter admiring that work and out of the rain, thank you. Come and bug him?]

The pigs are flying. I believe that's a win for me, Malfoy.
