[The weather was perfect, the water as crystal clear and blue as always. Balamb's port was usually quiet and today was no different. A few gulls, a light breeze, no ships arriving for now. A perfect time to fish, which is exactly what Seifer was doing

Until suddenly Taichou's office vanished, and here she was standing in a beach...with a bottle of wine in her hand.]
Huh? What...

...The hell?
[Okay, he couldn't have just imagine the house if people from it were popping up on the beach. He strode toward Rangiku watching her suspiciously.]
How the hell'd you get out here?
Reply
I don't know. I went to sleep in the house, then woke up in my world...then poof! Suddenly here I am.
[Rangiku smoothed out her dress and sat right down on the sand. This beach wasn't too bad, really..No different from any beach she had gone to while in real world.]
I'm sure this is one of the house's prank...like the mistletoe~~
[She lifted the wine to her lips and took a sip. Then offered the bottle to Seifer.]

[Stupid house, and here he was actually enjoying the fake fishing. Of course the house would just be screwing with them. He shot her an unfriendly glare at the mention of the mistletoe but sat heavily in the sand near her and accepted the bottle.
Well hell if they're going to be stuck in the same dream he was going to need a drink. He was polite though, just a sip before handing the bottle back.]
Gonna wake up and somethin' stupid's happened in the house again, probably.

If you play nice, I'll let you make-out with me~~
[This dream wasn't bad...at least this wasn't a nightmare. The house could do worse. She took a long sip of the wine. She wasn't going to ruin the mood by mentioning about mind-controlling toy...not yet at least.]
Don't be a party popper~~ Just enjoy this dream.

It'd take a hallway filled with cursed mistletoe, lady.
[It was getting there, if Rangiku insisted on being obnoxious. Now was hardly the time for such things and frankly, she was annoying and prone to pushing buttons.]
Hyne, you've got a one track mind.

Rangiku, my name is Rangiku. So I'm not pretty enough for you?
[Rangiku stared at the sea in front of her, absolutely not pouting...maybe a little, after all his words kinda harsh.]
I wonder if the sea is real?
Reply
No.
[That was a good enough reason, if it made her leave him alone. And he was totally ignoring the pouting.]
Dunno, was fishin' earlier but nothing was bitin'.
Reply
Maybe because you're so grumpy. All the fishes probably were smothered by your anger~~
[If this was a dream, maybe if she wished something hard enough in here. Maybe a bottle of sake...like the one that suddenly materialized in her hand]
Or you didn't wish hard enough~~

Wrong time of--
[Blinks a little. Ookay how'd she do that? Maybe it was a dream, still the fact that she was using his dream to summon up her booze was rather annoying.]
...Day. How'd you do that?
Reply
I wished for it~~
[Rangiku emptied the whole bottle of sake in one long sip, then wished for for the bottle to disappear...and the bottle disappeared.]
If this place is a dream realm...then we get anything by simply wish for it.
Reply
...You should wish for a way out of the damn house, then.
[Impressive drinking habits. And now he's wishing for Rangiku to go away. Sadly it doesn't seem to work on people that are actually there.]
Reply
Can not, Hun~~ This is all in your mind...in your head. Your physical body still tied to the house.
Reply
Well, I'm gonna go find out why it's messin' around in my head, then.

I doubt that you're the only one...probably all the others also having this kind of dream. And like me, probably they can also jump to another person's dream.
[She stood up and smoothed out her dress from the sand.]
Reply
Probably not, you were dreaming before you wandered over here, right?
[Made sense. Was annoying, but it made sense.]
