so its day three of my quest. im quitting smoking. its been a little easier then i thought. im completely avoiding situations that make me wanna smoke. im not gonna drink for about 2 weeks. drinking will always lead to smoking. day one i cut down, 1 in the morning 2 at night. day 2 no ciggarettes. day 3 no ciggarettes so far. im chewing carrots like a pony but hey its helping me with the oral fixation and its something i can chew on all day and not get crazy fat. me and my dad are doing it together. if we are good about it in a week my moms quitting too.
