So after burning the city slums, Artoo's and Sean's characters decided to run, along with Liu's and Nigel's characters who appeared out of nowhere. Khan's character disappeared for some reason. Then they bumped into my character who was wondering why every time I meet with them, a city is always burning into the ground. Including the well.
So after a few minutes of running away, the party got confronted by a blinding flash of light (we got used to it later) that revealed a mechanical centaur to bring justice to the two guys who did it (would have been three but Khan wasn't thar). And so Sean and Artoo decided to come along with them while the other three decided to break them out.
Sean decides to annoy his jailers (and especially, the DM) while in prison. Meanwhile, the ninja, sorcerer and cleric decides to break them free and probably clear their names...hopefully. Sadly, we all realized the ninja is poor at gathering information. What the hell Liu?
The party of three finds the warden in some red light district. Apparently, the warden has a questionable behavior. Apparently, the warden, being drunk and all, blurted out, before passing out, that he'd have the prisoners executed before the trial came. After pulling a few Jedi mind tricks to fool the guards around the corner, the party of three takes the drunken warden to the nearby docks, stealing his possessions (Liu's fault), throwing his clothes somewhere, and beating him a bit so he'd look like he got mugged. The party got the keys and went to where the prison is.
The party of three manages to break the two free by making some distractions (the familiar is useful!). I had to Jedi mind trick again just so I could convince Artoo to get out of his cell. Then we had to jump through the roof to escape the remaining guards. After devising a plan to beat the crap out ofmaking the warden confess, we parted ways. Artoo and Sean went out of hiding, Liu got the magistrates while in disguise, while the cleric and I had to get the warden. Sadly I have to give away my cloak because of that.
So back on the prison, the cleric managed to cast a zone of truth while the sorcerer secretly cast a Message spell while hidden and forced the warden to tell the truth as well as exposing him to his questionable behavior. He then gets blinded by the centaur again (as I said, we got used to it) and was brought to justice (not execution).
And for some reason, the Magistrates decided to spare the culprits, giving them a task instead about pirates...
I won't be there for next week unless something happens...
