What the what?!
In the timeless tradition of myself, I have not been on ye ole lj in a whiles and am suddenly and for no reason at all in the mood to write some mindless drivel. Here, quite literally, goes nothing.
First things first, episode 3 of Supernatural, aptly titled "The Third Man" was kind of meh despite the return of Castiel and the destruction of Sam's car (which always reminded me of that part from I'm the Juggernaut, Bitch where he was like "This is a Dodge"). I think it is mainly because I like human!Cas better than jerk!angel!Cas. But after that we had "Weekend at Bobby's" which despite it's rather uninspired title was pretty awesome. I pray for an extended version of that episode on the DVD that I know I will never get, but who knows? Jensen Ackles directed that episode so maybe they let him film more scenes/takes because they didn't want to upset the talent. And this past week's "Live Free or Twihard" started kind of slow, but picked up and got awesome. And maybe the Lisa storyline is kaput? It's not that I even hate it that much, it's just kind of a time waster. Before we can get into the action or brother angst (because WTF, Sam?! W. T. F!!! we have to have 3 minutes of Dean talking on the phone to Lisa, or telling Sam about making Halloween masks with Ben or blah blah blah. But seriously, all the vampire decapitation totally made up for them stealing what I told a friend to put on a button in preparation for New Moon over a year ago for their episode title.
In other news, real life is being kind of a bitch. I like work, but on the other hand I kind of don't sometimes? Mainly because we are woefully understaffed, and the head tech just left for vacation for 3 weeks which just leaves me and the office manager so...I think the only word that can adequately describe my trepidation for the next 3 weeks of work is "shit". I was so rushed today I totally missed out on a golden opportunity to learn how to put in sutures today.
But really, since this post has already ventured way beyond the territory of tldr, please to enjoy this video. I swear, it's like the Japanese have created some algorithm for cuteness.
