The court ruled that gay marriage wasn't legal in Washington, for the following reason:
"the legislation was entitled to believe that limiting marriage to opposite-sex couples furthers procreation, essential to the survival of the human race and furthers the well-being of children by encouraging families where children are reared in homes headed by children's biological parents."
So, the next step:
1) arrest all married people who don't have children, they aren't furthering "procreation, essential to the survival of the human race"
2) arrest all people who can't have children
3) arrest all people who adopt, for the kids are "reared in homes headed by children's biological parents"
4) arrest all orphans
