Friday was fun. I ran a succesful immobilon test, and then there was a department happy hour. The department chair made a point of telling me that he was not going to look at whatever I was drinking and that there were hard lemonades in the cooler. After work A bunch of us went out to see The Devil Wears Prada.
The Devil Wears Prada:
A good movie despite Anne Hathaway, and despite their claim that size six is the new 14. Even Jeremy liked it. And that's saying something because we went in a group with Shalewa, Jo, and Ashley, meaning he was stuck with 4 crazy girls for 5 hours.
After the movie Jeremy dropped us off at Jo and Ashley's apartment and then we watched Van Wilder and ate junk food. Van Wilder is an ok movie. It's got a nice point to it, but there are scenes in the film that are so disgusting and gross that I had to leave or else I'd throw up.
End story. Today we're going to the beach and it's going to rock! Sand Castles! Water! Big pacific ocean Waves! Sun! The only sad part is the water will be too cold to really play in. Not like the beach at Jeff's house in NJ.
