ah, i almost died last night....buuuut it was still crazy, and i had a TON of fun. i dressed up as a flapper girl, yay! and jo dressed up as christine, christine dressed up as the queen of hearts, vella dressed up as macy gray, and trish dressed up as poison ivy from batman. yay! i really really really wanted to go see the parade, but i ended up partying at trish's instead. oops. everyone said the parade was crazy though!! hmmmm, then i headed over to third north for another party, but it sucked so we left.....came back to the dorm for a little. vella went to another party but i hung around for a little bit then vella and i went with dan to this crazy party on st. marcs place, and when we walked in there were big black curtains hanging from the ceiling to the floor, and there were all these candles on the floor when we walked in.... and so we just chilled there for a while. aaaaand, i was sitting with vella on a couch, when all of a sudden there was all of this thick black smoke billowing into the room. turns out that one of the curtains cought on fire from a candle.....noone really panicked....they like smothered it and threw a lot of water on it, but the fire was pretty big and we definately would have died if we did notice for like 10 more seconds. all of the hallways were like scorched, it was crazy. sooooo anyway, we were walking home from that crazy place, and this guy asked us for money, so we helped him out and he ended up telling vella her future, but it was all wrong, it was so funny, and he just kept going on and on and on for like 10 minutes, it was funny, and then we all got back to the dorm and hung around with the usual crowd for a while. it was a gooooood night.
