Its been awhile
So its starting to get colder in the morning and at night and the original plan was to have been packing up our things and heading to somewhere warmer and starting a new chapter in the lives of michelle and sarah. But it looks like it will be a few more years until we are ready for that move. North carolina was beautiful though and there are definitely some cities with outlying countryish areas for us to look into which is what we really want in the long run. I'm not a big fan of the winter though i understand the change of seasons is necessary and there is something to smile about through it all, even at its smallest. But this fall and winter i will be entering into it with some new developments that i think will make it all worthwile. sarah's mom owns our apartment which is a house split into an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment. She booted the downstairs dwellers because they didn't like to pay the bills and ran of the cost of the person who was, not to mention they are terrible people anyways. Many a night i had fallen asleep to the sounds of fighting and screaming. But in light of all that i get a new apartment!!! We've spent the last week and a half cleaning up after their years of grease and food splatter, their never swept carpeting and their mildewed bathroom. I've got an eyesore of a pile of shit outside my house. which i wonder how it is to drive by and see your entire life dragged and strewn across the garbage man's path.... and how in the hell anyone can live like this. Because i've been cleaning up after them its caused me to notice my own greasy fingerprints on the walls and door jams and to think that when the time comes i'm not sure if i want anyone to help me clean this place up. This is so exciting to me though because i get a real dining room, an office and two living room spaces! The extra space is much needed and now i can go through all of my things and make my own huge trash pile! I went with mom the other day and we picked out tiles for the bathroom floor and a new shower and some wood for the wall we are going to build and then we will paint and put in fake hardwoods and i'll get a stove that works and i'm so freaking happy! But the best part of all of this is the washing machine and dryer that is currently in my BASEMENT! No more hauling my laundry around and timing my day around it and no more bad weather basement reservations because i have one! Though its a coin laundry its still wonderful and super fun to watch(its a front loading machine). I did my laundry yesterday! And through all of this i've finally finished my huge video project and started on my next ventures. So i'm ecstatic. Michelle is blowing up with good things. They will start building on tuesday and hopefully by the end of september i will be in my new house doing my awesome laudry and working on my video projects in my new office eating a meal i cooked on my new stove!!!!!!
