damn, need more icons
i need more icons now...i've run out. that'll be on my agenda for this evening. work out, find hot fandom icons, etc. hee! i need to get one for like each of my fandoms throughout the time o kristy. ;)
last night we cancelled boot camp dinner so i ended up going to the cheap mexican place with my mom and nanny. they were all disappointed that yeeman wasn't coming (how cute) and it's still so funny. my mom was sitting there saying "david just went on and on about her after y'all left. i wish he could have met someone like her. it's nice to have that much in common with the person you're married to." (INTERESTING - my mom wants david to marry MY girlfriend - um, GOOD TO KNOW - lol). i know my mom is trying in her own way and i know what she really meant by the comment but it just made me laugh. too bad she can't just say "marry her, kristy - she's great!" - that's too much for her to handle. not that we would get married LOL. my family is very religious and yet somehow my immediate family seems to make everything work. who knows? i think they just get weird about the word or something. i dunno. i wonder what they'll do if we start actually living together (we almost do now) lol! btw, yee, my nanny said "tell your girlfriend i said hi" - again - you know how she is. all southern!
dinner was good. the chocolate malted crunch milkshake i had after was not. i mean, it was gooood but not good for me. free day over, back to busting my ass! gazelle, i shall be your bitch tonight!
i have some pork chops in the fridge and no idea what to make out of them. good call! i need to look through the recipes and find something. hmmm...
speaking of cooking, CHRISTIAN, i don't know if i said this already but congrats to you and Elise on the new job! I hope the training goes well. BTW, I really enjoyed you and your dad's new cookbook - and not just because I'm in it. ;)
last night Veronica Mars was postponed due to a damn Mavs game - fuck that. I had to rest a little and then watch it with Yee after she got done working out. Well, over the phone. :)
I was pretty disappointed in the gay storyline. It seemed like they just threw that in there without really thinking about it. They could have done such a better job with it, honestly. I was hoping they were going to out DICK or something - hee! Did anyone else think they totally played up to the gay audience? haha. The Veronica/Mac scene was all dirrty! Connotative, people! Do I need to write another paper for you? ;)
Logan and Hannah are cute. I honestly don't care who is with whom on this show - I just enjoy it.
The bus crash thing...hmmm...still not sure about it.
I love Veronica's clothes, dammit.
I was going to write a review of last week's L Word but to be honest, I don't even feel like it. It just made me sick so...whatever. :)
One last thing - this morning I got to work about 6:15 and Jay (my boss and company CEO) asks me to come in and "visit" - of course i'm a little unsure of what he's going to say. he knows about me and yee but he's also very republican.
Basically, he was very cool. All he really said was "frankly, I'm relieved...I thought you were sleeping with Bob!" hahahaha...right! Watch out for those horny bisexuals! They'll sleep with everyone. (Everyone's a suspect with you! - yee). Honestly, Jay is very cool. He's conservative but mostly because of money. I really enjoy talking to him and I'm glad he's cool. Now he's gonna tell me all the gay stories he knows. He just came in again and told me about a guy he knows who dated Ellen in high school - lol! Awesome. Now I'm the "gay" ;)
*stretches* Boot camp today. I'm really ready for it to be over. Bob was sick overnight so I got a little nervous that I was going to have to do it. Word. Scary! Someday...I'd love to do it, I just wanna be prepared. :)
Alright, time to go brush my teeth and go meet my clients! See ya!
