1. Make a new document 100x100 pix.
2.I'll use this picture --> http://i28.tinypic.com/2e5l44z.jpg and will crop it this way --> http://i30.tinypic.com/2wrq5aw.jpg but u can change it with another one,if it have a background change it with #fcf0f5. Just like here http://i26.tinypic.com/313h9vk.jpg .
dublicate and set to soft lifgt 100%
sharpen if u want
3.Then use this texture http://i27.tinypic.com/2vty4cx.jpg /by icons_are_hot/ and set it to multiply 100% then erase it from the figure.

4.Go to New Fill Layer -> Solid color and fill it with
#f6d7d7 - set to soft light 43%
5.Set this texture http://i27.tinypic.com/6ezz0j.jpg /if u know the maker or u are the maker - tell me/ to linear burn 100%.
6.Then you have to use another texture http://i29.tinypic.com/287kk2g.jpg /by icons_are_hot / set it to multiply 100%.

7.REMEMBER : u have to dublicate this layer 3 or 4 times :
Go to New Adjusment layer -- > Curves and use these settings :
