Forewarning

Hey guys!

I'm going to start doing something a little bit unconventional with my livejournal.  Today I finally managed to push my battered body up to half a mile's worth of jogging - admittedly with some weights in between - and got to thinking two things.

a.)  Exercise feels FANTASTIC

b.)  Man am I pudgeful now that I'm thirty.

So to this end, I asked some of my weightlifting/exercise nut buddies what they thought might motivate me, and I got a lot of good advice - and naturally I've really latched onto the most ridiculous bit of it.  One of them asked me how I feel when I take my shirt off, and I said, alarmingly, that it embarasses me now.  So she said, start a photojournal, take a photo every week, or every ten days, and KEEP GOING TO THE GYM.

So if the sight of me without a shirt troubles, don't sign on.  If it doesn't bother you, feel free to post in the comments and I'll add you to the Adam Goes To The Gym bit of my livejournal (As soon as I figure out how to separate that out).
