Is being really rather incredibly nervous about a full weekend schedule of NPCing normal? I mean, it's probably not full in any way for you professional people. But it's by far the most I've ever had to do. And for some reason there's been this incredible panic in my gut about it all week.

I'm always always super nervous about my NPCing roles, and whether I'll remember everything or screw something up or do justice to what staff wants the role to do. I try to remember that staff people think I will do a good job with it, and that I'm adding to everyone's game.

It'll be great to have you there as an NPC for the whole weekend! You definitely have the ability and imagination to really bring your roles to life and entertain the PCs. And even if *you* feel like you fumble a bit during the weekend, chances are very good that none of the PCs will notice. I think you'll do great and this will build your confidence for next time. :)

I actually find NPCing sometimes more stressful than staffing. When I'm running my own stuff, I'm less stressed about messing up someone else's vision than I am if I'm playing an NPC for someone else.

I definitely have had a few moments in 7V where I was handed a role and said, "I'm playing X? I can't play X! I cannot possibly play that such that they will be as cool as they are in the writeup!"

Then again you also have people who are insanely grateful that their vision is coming to life!

I think by any definition, your schedule is pretty full. Sorry about that! That's just what happens when everyone wants you! But we have full faith in your abilities!
