Newsy update
Contra weekend was a blast last week!
Dh is still incapacitated with his knee. The dr gave him steroid/anti-inflammatries and pain killers and want s to wait and see, since the x-rays don't show the awful spurs he had last time... I don't know when he'll be returning to work, or when he'll decide he's able to watch the kids again... This makes money quite tight.
I'm planning on buying the kids swing set materials this month ASAP because I am NOT dipping into their xmas funds further to pay bills.
MIL is coming by this afternoon to talk to me about P's knee- interested to see why??
Also the speeech therapist comes for Abinadi.
I have the Elders and my retired GP homebirth Dr/7th day adventist neighbor coming over for dinner.
After dinner a guy I know from contra is coming over to swing dance for an hour or so- he's gonna do a short dance with me at the talent show. I decided to ask him if he was free at the weekend Saturday night. He is older (his youngest is 12) and I don't feel it's inappropriate although I told dh I'd feel better about it (gossip wise) if he would be there for the talent show. Don't know if he'll come- it's an uncomfortable situation since he's not interested in coming back to church at this time, but his kids and wife are doing stuff.

take Elisabeth to a friends house to practice her song for the talent show
