What I used to look like & what I’m aiming to get back too. Vs what I currently look like.
A whole lot of muscle and strength between these photos, plus about 20kgs. Can’t wait to lose the next 10.9kgs which will put me back at a bmi of 20.5 then 10kgs under that will be a bmi of 17. For me though I’m trying to focus less on the numbers and more how my clothes look + feel.
Really would love to lose 10kgs by Christmas but I know that’s not sustainable long term so aiming to be 62.8 so lose 6.1kgs which averages out 1.22 kgs a week. Definitely doable if I continue down the path I’m going.
