Tour de France

I do so enjoy watching multiple shapely butts riding away from me *waggles eyebrows*

Such a pity they all tend to have weedy chests to go with those shapely legs and behinds - but I'm not picky! It's a shame it's on in the middle of the bloody night, but losing sleep is worth it. And the kids go back to school on Monday so I get the TV attached to the DVD player to myself for part of the day.

I also enjoy seeing all the chateau that dot the French country side (Chateau de Brignon on screen the moment) earlier in the highlights from yesterday's stage they showed a shot of Fontainbleau and my daughters refused to believe I had been to 'that cool house' *huffs*.

In other news (was above news?) The Captain received his posting intention for us to return to NZ at the end of the year. I stuck my bottom lip out and said 'I don't wanna' he agrees with me so is investigating the possibility of staying on here (Aussie) for a bit longer. I don't know what will happen but we at least have our 'fall back' plan of returning home. No matter where we end up next year I will finish off my post-grad diploma and start looking at getting a paid job, which would be a huge shock to the system, so we can get back into owning our own home again (ooh look at us having a five year plan!).

In the meantime we are planning a trip to the Gold Coast so the kids can make themselves sick on roller coasters. The Captain's sister is going to join us with her son - the more the merrier.

Well back to watching butts riding away! They're going up hill now so they have to work a bit harder! ;-)
