No, no. I think you're dead on in your analysis of Brennan shutting down Booth. You're right. She was shutting him out a bit. They do have to redefine the lines of their friendship. It sucks. I'm in the process of going through that with one of my close guy friends and it's weird, but Brennan is one tough gal and doing an excellent job. She's being careful not to get too friendly and with what she says just in case it does get around. That's good.

I don't know if Bolivia is falling for Peter. She might eventually, once she completely takes full control of being undercover. She might start to develop feelings like the shape shifters as well.
