finale roundup part 2
A little late, but here it is: the remaining portion of my finales. Man, was it a doozy.

This was cool yet predictable. I figured Tony wasn't really in it for the bio weapon when he didn't kill Jack after Jack broke him out. I was surprised to hear about the Wilson guy being behind Logan and the hit on Palmer and Michelle. And poor Tony, after hearing about his son. :(
But as far as the ending goes, I don't ever remember the ending being so long. HALF A FREAKING HOUR FELT LIKE THREE HOURS OF TORTURE. I didn't care so much about Olivia's drama and her constant screw ups because she can't think past a selfish high school student, and that took forever to find out. I did feel terrible for President Taylor, but I agree with her decision to prosecute her daughter, otherwise Olivia would feel like she had literally gotten away with murder. Best way for her to learn a lesson, even if it's the hard way.
I wanted to see more of Kim and Jack at the end. I was surprised that Jack called the Muslim priest (or whatever the Muslim equivalent of that is) at the end. Definitely, not what I was expecting. I'm glad Kim went in and she kicked butt at the airport thing. And her daughter is named after Teri! And her husband is a doctor of some sorts! Yay for Kim getting her life back.
The Renee deal was... eh. I figured she'd pull a Jack. She's going to join Jack and Tony in their miserable, screwed up, dysfunctional lives. I just hope she doesn't really become a love interest for Jack. That'd be dumb and lame and predictable and very James Bond. Bleh.
I can't wait for next season though. I hear it takes place nearly right after Day 7 so that'll be fun. I'M JUST SAD ABOUT BILL. WHY BILL. I MISS YOU. COME BACK FROM THE DEAD. IN A FLASHBACK EVEN. OR THE VOICE OF GOD. I DON'T CARE. COME BACK, BILL. COME BACK.

I literally screamed. I was SO SURE Adam would win. SO SURE. Because he's been the front runner from the start. Actually, I almost boycotted the finale if it were an Adam and Gokey show. So I'm very happy it was Kris. I loved him since the Top 36 after he sang, "Man in the Mirror." Every week, my love for him grew because he just kept getting better and BETTER. ;alkd;aiigrha;
Btw, I knew he'd sing, "Ain't No Sunshine." I figured it'd be "Heartless" or that, but since he just did "Heartless" the week before it was going to be "Ain't No Sunshine." Btw, "Heartless" was freaking FANTASTIC. OMG. Kris melts my heart. I love his voice and his renditions. ;laskdhg;alirjaew;fj

They had a lot of good performances in this finale. Probably the best finale in the last like 3 years I've been watching the show. I totally loved Kris' duet with Keith Urban and the Queen duet with Adam and Kris. So beautiful. AND WHO KNEW THAT KRIS AND ADAM COULD HARMONIZE SO WELL. NOT I. I NEARLY FELL OFF THE COUCH AT THE FORD MUSIC VID. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL.
OH AND STEVE MARTIN? PLAYING THE BANJO? AND HE'S GOT AN ALBUM? SAY WHAT? And that little performance with Michael and Megan was terrible. Worst of the night.
EVERYTHING WAS PRETTY AWESOME. OH AND DAVID COOK. I LOVE THAT VERSION OF "PERMANENT." GUH. SO AWESOME. I do feel bad about his brother though. At least David Cook will be able to promote the fight for cancer even more. Which I totally support. I know my school has been doing quite a bit of research on cancer.

We're at the final two eps of this season. It's so crazy. So many twists and stuff. My bro is like OMG THIS SHOW IS FRICKIN' AWESOME. JJ ABRAMS IS AWESOME. DARN YOU DWTS FOR NOT LETTING ME WATCH THIS SHOW BECAUSE IT IS AWESOME. LOL.
In other geeky news, McGAUGH WILL BE AT MY NEURO CLASS ON TUESDAY! ALSKDHG;AOIA;SLDKFJ YESSSSS. MY BIO NERD WILL COME OUT IN FULL FORCE THAT DAY. I'M SO EXCITED. THE GUY WITH THE BUILDING NAMED AFTER HIM WILL BE AT MY CLASS. AND WE CAN TALK TO HIM AND ASK HIM QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING. AND OMG. GUYS, MCGAUGH.
In real life now, my body hates me. I can't gain weight which is really bad. And I can't sleep. I try to tire myself out and I'll wake up after four hours. Then I spend the rest of the time fighting myself to go to sleep, but by that time, it's already time for me to get up and go to class. Ugh. Although, one time I recited neuro facts in my head and fell asleep to that. I woke up later with Caudate Nucleus running in my head, the thing that's responsible for your habits in your brain. How funny.
