This is what most people do:
DeviantArt - Art
Tumblr - Sketches
Livejournal - Journal-writing/Life/Stories/Writing
Plurk/Twitter - Life in shorter more immediate tidbits
Yamblog - Cosplay
This is what I do:
DeviantArt - Art/Sketches/Cosplay/Polls
Tumblr - Nothing
Livejournal - Nothing/Useless old crap
Plurk - Complain/Life in shorter more immediate tidbits
Yamblog - Barely anything/Cosplay list
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MY TUMBLR AND LIVEJOURNAL. I don't know what to do with Yamblog either but that matters less in the first place.
I DO actually want to be able to submit more proper art into my dA gallery and then have sketches only on tumblr. That will make life easier, and tumblr DOES make uploading images much simpler. It'll also keep my dA gallery looking a little less chaotic. Heck, I could put sketches AND cosplay pics on tumblr, because it's not like I cosplay a lot anyways. Then my dA gallery really IS just finished drawings.
Er, I'm content with what I do with Plurk LOL. Keeping my complaints separate from my Facebook. That's kind of a good thing.
But I want to write in my Livejournal more often. I already write emails to my family once a week, which is about my life. I had once though of just writing about college life, but there's not much to write about really. I don't really want to copy pasta the emails or rewrite similar events.
So what do I do with LJ? Is there a theme I could run on to make writing stuff easier? Instead of trying to write about my actual life when I already share most of it through means of all other websites?
Complaints about life go to Plurk, cool things go on Facebook and that's pretty much all that's going on.
I check all my friend's journals on LJ though!
Hrm hrm.
Well, looking at my list now. If LJ is more writing based... I guess I could stick notes for my stories on LJ as sketches are for tumblr?
Would... anybody be interested? Haha?;;;;;;
