Pretty + Snarky =Love
I must mention watching the POTC2 trailer on the big screen before Narnia. I have to say I LOVE that Will has some snark to him this time. That's a quality that Orlando has that I don't think they use enough with him and try to make him the naive, wide eyed, golden hero every time. Yeah, he does that well, but I think he's also got a bit of a talent for sarcasm. Nice to see them utilize it a little. You can be sarcastic and pretty at the same time.
And Chronicles of Narnia blew everyone out of the water in the box office. Opened second only to Return of the King. This means the making of the rest of the books is a pretty sure thing. This also means that there is a good chance that William Moseley really will be the next Orlando Bloom.
Started watching Pretear. It's pretty good. It's got too little violence and whatnot to really appeal to me as an anime, but I'll finish it. I like Hayate, the short tempered Wind Knight. Sesame, the Sound Knight, for all his niceness, is creepy. Not a fan of him. And Himeno is less obnoxious than anime females normally are. Not bad really. Fans of Sailor Moon would like it.
