She raises her arm and utters a spell calling upon Corellon to fashion a weapon to attack Lamia #3. The longsword, "Sahandrian" appears and attacks the Lamia. (Attack roll = 13(roll) + 6 (base attack bonus) + 4 (wisdom modifier = 23) for damage (1 d 8 force damage per hit + 1 point per three caster levels = 5(roll) + 2 = 7 damage)
(cast 'spiritual weapon' Lamia #3)
Should there be a second round, the spiritual weapon would continue to attack. Attack roll = 10(roll) + 6 + 4 = 20) for damage (3(roll) + 2 = 5 damage). (Note to Josh: If I'm reading correctly the implication seems to be that if the spiritual weapon continues to attack the same target in subsequent rounds its a free action leaving me with the opportunity to do another action in the second round while the weapon continues its attack?)

1) Still within range of the creature, Osilgard draws his blade back for a full-round attack with the longsword.
Longsword part 1: 3 (roll) + whatever
Longsword part 2: 15 (roll) + 9 (+2 base attack, +4 str, +1 mounted, +2 flank?, +1 prayer, +1 magic weapon) = 24 to hit
2) Osilgard withdraws Fury from the arrow-ridden corpse of the lamia and cleans the blade on an immaculate white cloth. Riding to the other corpses, he attaches a rope to each body and drags them back to the wagons for ceremonial disposal.
