The hell?

I've been getting these dizzy spells lately, since before Thanksgiving. Really bad ones, like where you don't feel that you can stand up, and the whole world is listing to one side. I'm having one now, and my world is going slowly clockwise. I'm also have a bit of tightness around the chest, pains and numbness. Right now pain, but there has been numbness.
Andybody know what the hell this is?
