It had been a rough summer so far for one blonde-haired angel, fallen from grace. A year ago she had enough money from street racing to have paid for a year's tuition up front, and more than enough to keep her bike gassed up, tuned up, and tricked out any way that she could want. Now she danced a pole part-time to pay the bills. Her bike, the one

"Eh, that's kind of a long story," the tall blonde said to her almost diminutive friend. One of her hands found the back of her head, her bent elbow poking outward, as she chuckled just a little awkwardly. "Summer's been rough this time around. Had a good run of bad luck, an' it kept me busier than I woulda cared much for."
But that was a tale in and of itself. Instead, she grabbed a few of the bottles by the necks and held them out for Soi's approval. "Nothin' all magic-like, but it'll do in a pinch." The long-legged blonde then grinned one of her trademark grins, one that usually hinted that she was up to no good. "Pick your poison, an' I'll pour up some 'tea' for two."
((OOC: I'm always up for side stories, so just lemme know what and when!)) =D

"Perhaps the busy kept you out of trouble," Soi said pulling some shot glasses out, though she assumed Jessie would prefer to drink straight from the bottle. "Though knowing you," she amended with a smirk taking the clear bottle of what smelled like vodka, "it probably kept you in it permanently instead."
Pouring the vodka into the shot glass Soi let out a sigh, "not that I've kept myself out of trouble entirely." Downing the glass with a grimace Soi gave Jessie a wry look "It seems I finally found a mission out of my league..."

"Yeah," she slowly said after a moment to allow those thoughts to pass through her mind. "More kinds of trouble than just one, yanno. Hadn't been the fun kinda trouble as of late." She then scoffed somewhat. "Hell, I could use some of that kinda trouble 'bout now..."
Predictably, she raised that glass bottle to her soft, feminine lips and took an almost manly swig of the hard liquor. But as she listened to Soi's confession of defeat a golden eyebrow arched in curiosity. "Eh, happens to the best of us," she said dismissively at first. "So, you at least get a good 'hard luck story' out of it...or is this more of that secret mission kinda stuff I shouldn't be askin' bout if I knew what was good for me?"
Jessie chuckled at that. She never seemed to know what was good for her. And she heeded that caution even more seldom.

The demon was situated in a place that was Fort Knox to Soi - a club (of the promiscuous variety). She had absolutely no chance of infiltrating such a place as her entire demeanor would blow the cover within seconds, but as she looked up at Jessie an evil thought came into her mind. Jessie certainly had the attitude to waltz inside the building and draw the demon into a secluded place where Soi could then take it from there; the only speed bump was getting Jessie to agree to flirting with a dangerous demon.
"The mission has certainly beaten me, but not you," Soi said finally finishing her earlier thought. Tossing the photo to Jessie Soi's evil grin continued. "You looking for some fun trouble, ne? I perhaps have an offer for you then, and I can really make it worth your while."

"Me?" Jessie looked as Soi funny for a moment, not quite sure what she was getting at. She then chuckled a bit. "Well, if you're lookin' for a gal who knows how ta get in and out of trouble, ya cain't do much better than this one here." She raised her hand to catch the photo, causing the picture to freeze in mid-toss where she could easily pluck it from the air. Emerald green eyes looked down at the image and she muttered "hey, not bad..." before thinking what it might be that Soi would want from her.
