Permissions + 4th Walling

Jul 04, 2011 21:25

Alice in Wonderland is a common staple for several canons. With that in mind, I have some simple rules about permissions and fourth walling for Ms. Crazy here.

- Please do not tell her she's fictional. It kind of defeats the point.

HOWEVER:

- If your character read Alice in Wonderland, you can still say they did! Just leave the Alice part out. If you want them to say "Oh, yeah, some guy wrote about an imaginary place called Wonderland", be my guest!

- If your character would have known Alice, they can recognize her! Kingdom Hearts, Fables, etc. all have met Alice in some way, shape, or form. I don't mind them recognizing her or trying to talk to her. I encourage it!

- If your character knows Alice because they're god-like, omnipotent, omnipresent, etc., then that's fine too! I don't mind them knowing her or what she's been through.
