Vacay on Monday. Mmm a nice long cruise. Although everyone except for myself is in couples.
I need the time off though, work is horrendous.
Yesterday, I gave verbal warnings to everyone of my employees. 2 of them got 2, and two of them also got a written warning as well.
I spent 2 hours working on disciplinary actions and then wrote them all a 2 page email my new no tolerance policy regarding their shoddy work.
They then get attitude with me because I'm punishing them for them not doing their jobs.
Ugh, I hate most of them.
