Some weird anniversaries coming up for me.
March 2007 - Signed lease for Driscoll apartment.
March 2008 - Decided it was time to give up.
March 2009 - Bet I sign a lease within the next two weeks.
Today would have been Dad & Cheryl's 20th anniversary.
April 2007 - Painting, moving, kung fu demos at the International Festival, the first World Tai Chi Day in Houston with C.
April 2008 - Packed my ass off, then while C went to Tai Chi Day, while I moved out.
April 2009 - My deadline to be packed up and moved out of here. We're also cleaning out Cheryl's storage units, packing up the house, and moving everything she wants to keep to storage so that the house is ready for sale. I will go to Tai Chi Day by myself, and hopefully stand on my own as a martial artist.
May 2007 - Dad had a quadruple bypass on the 1st. C's big 40th birthday part was at the school on the 2nd.
May 2008 - C spent his birthday at the Icehouse. Did the garage sale with Dad & Cheryl on the 2nd & 3rd. Dad passed away on the 4th.
May 2009 - The house goes on the market on the 1st. C will spend his birthday inside; he gets out on the 5th. The house I've called home for the last year will be gone, all of my Dad's possessions distributed. After that, I will probably lose touch with all of both of my step families.
Is it me, or are there patterns here.
