Anyone on my flist uses an ereader? There's an extended boxing day sale on Best Buy and I am very tempted to get the Sony Pocket Ereader (the pink one! Hah!). Was totally inspired after
this post and the very thought of being able to read fic and books during my commutes (and future commutes) makes me *_* Especially without having to deal with struggling to load fics between subway stops where I can actually use 3G or for fear of depleting my iPhone battery life or straining the fuck out of my eyes because my iPhone screen is like tiny. Even if I maximize the font on the Stanza app (+ I'd be turning pages every 2 seconds...)
I have to decide by Jan 6. Ordering it online gives me a free case on Best Buy (it says 50% off but they didn't charge me for it when I checked out, strangely enough). IS IT WORTH THE $203 WHICH INCLUDES TAX?
BTW I also like how it's a touch screen (I hate Kindle's keyboard thing, hate Kobo in general because it's ugly and huge and only supports epub/pdf, and the Sony ereaders have stylus' and enables one to write notes on, say, class readings as opposed to typing out notes + supports multiple formats + allows one to upload their own files as opposed to downloading books only)
Gimme your opinions n.o.w.!
