(no subject)
due to stressful conditions and a series of unfortunate events, i have to take a "vacation leave" from work.
walang chemistry. may restructure but it does not favor me. i dont know. colleagues have been leaving and im really tempted too. its just hard to leave a good set of friends. still happy with what im doing but i dont like the stressful environment - which can definitely be controlled eventually when they would hire new people. people have left but the company seems to forget. no hiring since then. naturally, the workload gravitates towards us who remain and most of the time, it is not distributed evenly. sad.
I HATE the start of this year. but im really optimistic that the best has yet to come. mabuti na at lugmok sa una, pero kapag bumangon mas masaya, mas masarap. hindi ba?
