Bleh and stuff
Am sad that I didn't get to spend hardly any time at all with a certain visitor from Los Angeles this weekend.
This weekend was decisively odd. Friday was spent kind of drunk watching the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre with Michael, Amber, and Drew and then hanging out with Mademoiselle 'Licia and Jeff in the wee hours. Saturday was Julia's wedding pot-luck thingy, which went well, but was kind of bizarre for reasons that I don't want to discuss here. Suffice to say, this particular problem is rather chronic and totally pissing me off big time. Sunday night was filled with Oceanography studying and watching Dead Ringers with Alicia. This movie is totally bizarre, oddly hilarious, and a nice warning for me to not become too codenpendent on the meds.
I registered for classes today. As of August my life will be filled with:

M_W__ 1200-1250 Beginning Yoga
M_W__ 1500-1630 Senior Art History Seminar
_T_T_ 1400-1520 Advanced Latin (again)
There will also be my thesis class (CLSC 400) in there somewhere. It's really nice, though, as I'll only have one class on Fridays.
I just spent two hours reading my beloved Camus on the back porch, drinking Diet Cherry Coke, smoking, and basking in the sun. I've been listening to both Rilo Kiley albums on repeat since about 12:30 last night. I've had this song in my head all day. Totally satisfied with that.
