I understand that those of the other houses do not have the same privileges of a good upbringing as I have had, but the
blatant flirting occurring on these parchments is more than can be excused. It is quite disgusting. Especially when it is between that Weasel and a Hufflepuff.
I have been pondering Pansy's suggestion that I join a study group. While I assure you that my marks have not been slipping, I am, in my good nature, willing to help fellow Slytherins and perhaps a few Ravenclaws if my mood sees fit.
As I have already, as usual, completed the homework that had been issued, I am left with a completely free holidays. Aunt Vivien has owled me asking to stay two weeks with her at her mansion in France. I will speak to Mother and Father about this. I hope I will not have to take this parchment with me. How I will explain that I do not know. I am sure they will agree that it is a stupid idea.
The weather here at the Mansion is perfect for flying today. Unlike an unfortunate
few, I am not restricted in this activity. I believe I shall go out to do so now.
