[ it looks as though Orion has only a few seconds to live. the bay is sealed and there's no way the doors can be repaired in time to save him. maybe it's fate that someone was watching all of this unfold. not that he was playing any part battle. perhaps he never intended to

Lina had seen what had happened on the Sphere, her eyes wide as she was tossed around in her room. She couldn't do much, she didn't have the healing spells that Amelia had, but she knew some. They would be helpful, but the robots were in the way.

"FIRE BALL! FLARE ARROW! BURST RONDO!" Her most common spells were flung around as she made it to where Orion was. If she hadn't seen Axel, then Orion would have probably been dead. She fired off one more fireball before grabbing one of Orion's arms and then looking at her sphere.

"SOMEONE GET DOWN HERE AND HELP ME!!" She yelled, not caring if the sphere picked up in image or not.

"LEVITATION!" It was the only way that she could even attempt to get Orion out of the line of fire for now. She couldn't move that fast, but the flight spell helped.

Isshin appeared a few feet behind Lina, covered in his shinigami garb and running in from the bay doors. He saw the boy and the girl, and walked towards them. The boy, in poor shape, hovered in the air beside the girl. That one had to be Orion. He didn't recognize the girl, and while it was a good bet that it was a fellow passenger, he wasn't about to take that chance.

"Who are you?" Isshin said with authority. His hand didn't approach his sword, but was kept in a position that he could swiftly attack both of them should it turn out for the worst. Isshin hoped it wouldn't come to that.

She glared at Isshin. She didn't have time for this at all! Orion was going to die and if what she had heard was right, then he knew a way off of this ship and back to her own home.

"Lina Inverse. I'm a sorceress and I know healing spells. If I don't get him to a better place to cast them then he's going to die." Normally she wouldn't have cared about someone like Orion at all, but being on this ship had changed her a little bit.

That and she wanted to get home.

Sasuke responded to the call, having seen the same thing on the network. Convenient of Ganymede, to continue to allow them access to something as useful as the network.

Joining with his favorite opponents here on the damn ship was fine by Sasuke - the more preoccupied they were with just shooting people, the easier it was for him to work around them. Through them, too, as happened yet again when his chidori cut through the main operating system of the bubble-bots. Useful, techniques like this, especially when paired with his speed.

Now to catch up to Lina and -- ahh, Isshin. That was his name, right?

"She's been here for a good while," Sasuke interjected, ever the helpful one. Or something. "Where to, for now?"

Footsteps running to the scene announced Motoko's arrival as she barreled past a few of the robots. Once she got closer to the little group, she jumped into the air and used one of the security bots as a base to do a midair somersault. Motoko's "victim" dropped with a large dent on top of it as she landed near Sasuke, Isshin, and Lina. Her gun was out in front of her as she took a quick glance back and started keeping an eye out for any possible attacks.

"We need to get Orion out of here and someplace safer, as if that wasn't obvious enough," Motoko said. "Anyone have any suggestions?"

"I know a few healing spells as well as some black magic ones to get rid of a lot of these....things. The Envirodome would be a good place for me to use the spells, but we have to hurry. I can't cary him for much longer." Despite what it seemed, Lina was having a hard time carrying Orion and keeping up the flight spell.

Orion was about as heavy as Gourry in full armor, and that was rather heavy.

Tieria made it to the area when he heard Lina's comment about Orion's weight. He frowned a bit at her, pausing just short of meeting her.

"Then don't carry him alone," Tieria said. "Someone else can take him and carry him with you or two stronger people can do it."

"The lady has a point. We'll need to get moving somewhere safe, we'll decide as we go. The important thing is that we steamroll out of here. Uchiha, you'll be with me and protect Orion. Kusanagi take from the body from Lina; I think you can handle yourself." Isshin said, his expression static. It had been a while since he had been in command. He could immediately say that he didn't miss it, however he also couldn't deny that he was enjoying himself. He looked towards the last person to arrive. "Teiria, unless you can do some damage or feel inclined to risk your life, get out of here. I don't mind your help, but if you think you'll get in the way leave this to us

Sasuke shook his head for the last question, falling in step with Isshin. He was familiar enough with these kinds of missions, despite never having worked directly with Isshin. Certain objectives were universal.

"Let's get moving."

"Right."

Holstering her gun for a moment, she backed up toward Lina and hoisted Orion over her shoulder. Once she was sure he was secure, she pulled her gun out with her free hand and kept it at the ready.

"I'm here, aren't I?" Tieria said to Isshin as Motoko took Orion from Lina. "That should be answer enough."

Once Tieria was sure everyone was ready for the inevitable attack their actions would bring, he headed for the doors. Using his quantum brainwaves, Tieria navigated into the system through his sphere as he moved towards the door.

"Get ready," he called as he reached the protocol that would open the door. He took cover as they slid open in response to his virtual prodding.

A howl echoed down the corridors, followed by the sounds of explosions. A thick purple mist rolled out from a side-hall, and a white wolf shot out, sending lightning bolts arcing down the corridor behind her with a flick of her tail. Flowers burst into life in a thick swath of green as she ran, with her passenger clutching her thick fur tightly.

Skidding to a stop just short of the group, Ammy barked, glancing at everyone then back over her shoulder. Aerith slipped off her back, not even bothering to straighten her dress or her hair as she went straight for Orion and Motoko.

"Amaterasu can fight, I can help keep Orion stable once we can get him somewhere safe. I can't use my healing abilities and run at the same time." Aerith might not have her staff with her, but Ammy carried more than enough firepower to make up for her lack. That didn't even take into account the fact that Aerith could effectively rip the ship apart and use it as a weapon, but that was a last resort method at best. "Do we have a good place to take him to?"

"One of the rooms would be the best place to go. But I want to go someplace more open as a distraction and take out as many of these things as possible." She didn't know what to call the robots that were currently trying to kill them, but she knew that they would easily fall to her spells.

"My healing spells aren't that strong, but my attacks can kill dragons."

"I'm sure Riku won't might if we take ol' Orion down to his pad. I'd offer my place, but it's a mess right now." Isshin said, not so sure how the silver haired boy would take it. With pride, hopefully as his was probably the closest available suite.

The robots loomed into sight. Like zombies they droned nearby and attacked without caution. Several laser blasts hit the ground ahead of the group. With their wide splatter, they weren't aiming with any discrimination.

"How's this for a quick change of plan. Mokoto go on ahead to Riku's suit or wherever the hell you want to take Orion. Any medics should follow her as well. We'll take these metal guys to somewhere big and keep 'em occupied." As the robots heard this, they immediately started to back off and prepare for their advancement.

Isshin looked between the people set to defend and gave a grin to Sasuke. "Any chance you've got some technique to keep their eyes on us?"

"That's fine. Mokoto, do you want to carry him or should I? I'll be riding Amaterasu and start working on preparing my healing magic, and I should be ready by the time we get there. Amaterasu can help clear the path while we go, even with a pair of riders." As if to agree with the flowergirl, Ammy barked, her tail wagging as both she and Sasuke lit into the oncoming horde of security robots with a blast of lightning. The sound of Chidori and Ammy's summoned lightning bolts made an almost deafening blast.

"Isshin, Lina, go safely. You as well, Tieria." Aerith glanced at them with concern, but she knew they could take care of themselves. She'd traveled with fighters before after all.

"Just get going. I know of a few spells that will take out a lot of these....things," Lina said, still hovering in the air. Levitation was a spell that she had learned long ago how to focus on and still be able to use others.

"You need to be careful as well," she didn't know Aerith's name, but she didn't care. She looked around at the others and nodded. "Lets go! Amaterasu, keep them safe!"

With that said, she was off again, not looking back as she got a good distance away from the others. When she knew the others were a safe distance, she started an incantation, gathering up some power before unleashing it in a firestorm of energy balls.

"BURST RONDO!!!"
