Summary: Things have been too gloomy on the ship lately, so Oliver decides to start a party!
Warnings: Alcohol consumption
Oliver stepped onto the observation deck gratefully, immediately setting down several shopping bags that he had been getting disturbingly close to dropping. He leaned over his horde, beginning to unload paper plates and cups, as well as three bags of crisps, two six-packs of beer, a bottle of wine, and a few other varieties of snack foods that he had snagged from the shelves of the store.
When everything was properly unloaded and set out on the floor, complete with bowls of snacks (that he may have dug into a bit while pouring), Oliver stood back up and took a look out at the stars. He couldn't help a smile. Then he looked back down at all the food and booze and his smile shifted into a grin. Now he just needed people to get this party going!
