Summary: Now that Oliver has switched to Lyle's body, he can finally wake up following his accident

The moment Oliver's body switched to Lyle's, he was released from the coma in which the Doctor had placed him nearly two weeks before. However, while his physical injuries were now gone, the swap to a different body did nothing to heal the psychological trauma from his head wound. As a result, Oliver didn't wake up immediately. Instead, he was lost in a natural sleep, from which it took his mind a long time to be willing to release him. When it did, his return to consciousness was slow, beginning with faint stirring and murmuring before he finally blinked his eyes open.
The first thing that struck him was that he was somewhere white. Not his room, then. The second was that he had a very annoying headache. The third was that he felt...not quite right somehow. He quickly realized that he must be in hospital--not surprising, really, considering his track record, but distressing all the same. The question now was what he had done to land himself here, not to mention what state he was in. Oliver looked down at himself curiously, then stopped, doing a double take. Then he looked again. Hesitantly, he reached out and held one hand where he could see it. Then he used it to pinch the other arm. He tried to sit up slightly, ignoring his head's protests, and was startled all over again as he felt hair hanging beside his face. He reached up, grabbing a bit of it and holding it where he could see it. The hands were different enough, but the hair was even more conclusive. That definitely wasn't his. He let go of his hair and, for a moment, just stared at himself, his expression disbelieving and a bit frightened. He swallowed hard. He knew what he was seeing, but he couldn't believe it. How could he be Lyle?
