Cancer.
One of my best friends was just diagnosed with Hodgekins Lymphoma. I know that in the world of cancers this one is not the worst, but who fucking cares, it's still cancer, she coudl still die, and she will still get sick from the chemo and the radiation poisoning. I'm pissed off more than scared for her. It's not fair, she's the healthiest person I know, she knows so much about her body and how to take care of it, and yet she gets cancer. What fucking bullshit is that?!?!
