Open University course... I hope!
I'm hoping this year is going to be a year where I at least make a start on change. As part of that I'm hoping to do something new and enroll on a BA English Language and Literature course through the Open University. I won't be able to start until October as I'm now too late to enroll on the course starting next month, but it will give me time to get some money saved up at least. :)
Unfortunately I can't afford to jack in work and pay for uni full-time since I already have a degree so I wouldn't get any funding for one to help in a career change and would have to pay higher fees (close to what foreign students have to pay or so I understand) to do it full time at a normal uni. It's going to be very demanding as I'd like to complete all the modules quite quickly to get the BA completed and hopefully get the degree I probably should have gone for first time round. Even if I don't manage the job I'd like though I hope I'll still really enjoy the experience, and the modules all sound interesting. :)
