Well, that's me back home now. I was off work on Thursday because I was getting bad stomach pains again. Come 5pm I've seen a doctor finally, and been sent off the the hospital so the surgeon can see me to confirm it's my appendix causing the trouble. Off to theater at midnight so they could whip it out

Thanks. I wish the coughs would vanish, they seem to have set in for a few days though. :( Ah well, could be worse. I've managed to stay awake so far today, so I count that as a win. :)

I'm sure you'll hear this from lots of folks, but I'll add my thoughts...don't push yourself too hard too soon. Give your body time to recuperate and heal. And don't worry if you have to nap often so soon after the surgery. *hugs*

I hope you get well soon, rest all what you need to be better in a short time, and I'm glad that everything in the surgery goes right.

Be careful with your movements because the surgery in the lower part of your body pains a lot even when you sneeze and cough.

Thanks hon. I do seem to have picked up a cough unfortunately, so that's probably not helping. Good news is it all hurts less than I was expecting, so that's really quite good. :)
