Conversion is fun.

I have just converted over to LiveJournal. This shall be fun.

Mr. Heritage was last night and it was spectacular. I played my violin with Brendon Schlott and did really well. He played "Good Riddance" by Green Day and I learned the song the night before. The best feeling in the world is being up there on stage in an overpacked theater playing one hell of a song like that. Me showcasing my violin expertise was awesome. I loved being up there playing and having damn near everyone in the croud singing along with Brendon, and then the bridge came. I had trouble playing the bridge when I was learning how to play the song but come performance time I nailed it. Even though I learned the song the night before in an hour and a halfs time, it still turned out really well. The Chippendale's dance went by flawlessly. Alex Meyer and I learned that dance in less than two hours Saturday night. Everything went well. It was our first time actually doing it ripping the shirts off and they came off smoothly. The buttons went flying everywhere it was sweet. My shirt got caught around my right wrist when I was trying to take it off but I don't think anyone realized it. We did an awesome job the croud absolutely loved it. As for the top ten, I was left out. There were some people who made it who I don't think should have (Dan Reynolds and Pat Konesko) and those people should have been replaced by me and Bub Fish. Bub was awesome like he always is and was left out. Aaron Seeburger's talent was really cool. Matt Hilibraun did a good job with his impressions. John LeCruex and Scott Daly are really good songwriters the song they played went really well. Jeff Harding deserved to win (which he did). It was impossible not to laugh during any point of his talent...it was that good. Only a guy like him could think of something like that and only he could play two pianos at once. Friggen awesome!

I would like to thank everyone who was involved in puttin on Mr. Heritage 2004:

Ashley Samson, Rachel Brooks, Abby Davis, Becka Agnew, Mrs. Richardson, and Mrs. McLeod for putting up with us 21 guys for a month and for teaching us the group dance; Sarah Herm for mastering the lights and sound; the Class of 2005 for organizing everything; my lovely escort Alex Vlassis; Alex Meyer for mastering the Chippendale's act with me; Brendon for giving me the wonderful opportunity to play my violin; all the new friendships I made (Brendon, Matt, John, Scott, Drew, Ashley, Becka) I hope they last forever; the revitalizations of some friendships (Aaron, Pat, Jeff); and all the rest of the boys who worked hard for a month to make this show a success; and everyone who came out to support and watch the show. I thank you all for making this one of the best nights anyone could possibly have. I will remember this night forever.

Best night of my life occurred on Wednesday, February 4th, 2004.

Thanks for tuning in, hope you enjoyed.

Until next time.....

Later
