¿Quien quiere que yo venga a Nueva York?

Well, getting down to the end of this month. I can´t believe its almost over. It´s crazy...time went by so fast , but it came at the right time. Probably why I haven´t written so much. I kept saying to myself...´I´ll write tomorrow´, which always turned into a week because I´m so busy here.
Schools over and done with. I finished last thursday. This past week has been crazy. Last thursday kicked off the annual fevsitval of Hogueras. It was amazing. When all of you see the pictures of what they built...it´s crazy because they burn them. That was awsome. The burning. Hogueras translates to english to "Blazes." So on Sunday night each barrio starting by the beach puts firecrackers and gasoline all over their Hoguera. The "Bomberos", firefighters, are there just incase the fire gets out of control. So they light the firecracker that starts the chain of them until they reach the Hoguera. It was awesome. I have a video of it. It speaks for itself. After the fire gets completely out of control, which it does, the firefighters put it out and spray the people. Craziness. Its dangerous too. Half the streets in this town are marble. Water, marble, and Christina wearing flipflops don´t mix. So yeah in short I busted my ass. Twice mind you.
It was great and the whole city pretty much shuts down during this. No cars can get down 3/4 of the streets. They´re opened now, it was a pain trying to get places without the buses running. There is also a fireworks competition going on this week every night at midnight. The winner is going to do their show again firday night. Pretty cool...
Last Tuesday I went to Valencia. Its beautiful there. It also has the Church and holds the cup of the Holy Grail. I have pictures I shall show. We also went to a bunch of museos that helds paintings of Goya and before the renasance period.
Yesterday in the evening we went to a Vineard in Elche or close to there. We had a wine tasting event :). I´ve decided I hate red wine. Its too bitter and heavy. White and blush is fine with me. It was beautiful there too. We took a tour of the vineard and learned how they created the wine.
So today I went out to the market and haggled for another suit case because I aparently do not have enough room with what a came with. I should get started on that now so I can have my last day here free. Don´t you all miss me? hehe I miss everyone and can´t wait to see everyone when I get back.
