ha, i read about sexing chickens in a book called Moonwalking with Einstein -- it's all about memory, and the author used that very specific job as an example to show how memory works. Great book!

Chickens! I wish we could have some, but it doesn't really work when you are renting an apartment. I love how you used branches for the sides of the fencing. I think you created a lovely space for them!

I think I told you before my boss has chickens and she said you can't really tell until they get older (unless you want to sex the chickens....ew) hahaha.

Your coop looks like a chicken dream! I love it! I'll have to show Mark and maybe he'll bend a bit.

You should totally get chickens. You have plenty of room! We just put an herb garden across the front of the coop and hung a wreath. We are going to plant lavendar along the run...so it smells clean. Plus if you line the nesting boxes with it, it provides a cleaner environment since it has natural resistence to disease (my sister told me that:)
