Rugby World Cup

So England have coughed through the first game, beating the USA 28-10.  The USA played well, England were not good. It is my humble opinion that this year the World Cup is the All Blacks'  to lose, no one else so far has looked half so convincing

You do have a rugby team. An amateur one, but one which plays with a fair bit of passion. Be proud of your boys...even if you haven't heard of them before! :)

*lol* okay, i'll root for them, even if just found out they existed. and even if they're, apparently, having a losing season. i wonder if espn ever shows rugby matches....

Yeah...sort of sucks if you don't like rugby... I on the other hand am quite happy. Well until England get horribly beaten! ;)

I'm actually quite fond of rugby- I just have no idea what the rules are. I like watching it with my Mum and going on about it being an excuse for supposedly straight men to jump on top of each other and cop feels (but only so long as noone mentions Dad playing rugby because then it feels weird).

Of course, we're supporting the Scots... usually.

Men in Rugby shorts, the jumping on each other; it's all good and I understand some of the rules. Not all of them though - some of them are just odd! :)

Well I cheer for England first and foremost, then all of the home nations and finally, for the team that I think will win when all the others have gone! :) Either that or the ones with the nicest kit, if I don't like the team I think I will win. Come to think of it, my cheering rules are almost as complicated as the sport itself....
