Borderlands
Borderlands bills itself as a "roleplaying shooter". Which is utter tosh, to be honest. Bolting an XP system onto a shooter doesn't make it a roleplaying game any more than slapping a wig on a crocodile will make it a lion.
That said, it's quite a fun shooter. It looks nice, and has an amusing pulpy, Mad Max meets Starcraft kind of vibe to it.
