i am having some serious issues when it comes to sleeping and getting a decent amount of rest... last night, i spent most of the night, watching an array of movies that were on tv and officially slept from 7 to 10:30 am... i must admit, i like to see a sunrise on occasion, like when i'm doing something fun or cool, not when i've been sitting in bed all night... i've had insomnia, off and on, at least since i was around 15 or so... i've never actually taken medication for this or spoken to a doctor about this issue, especially since most of the time(like now), i do not have the insurance coverage to go see my primary care physician... (i know it probably sounds strange since i've never seen a doctor about this and i claim to have this sleep disorder, but i've researched and written enough papers on the topic to recognize how many symptoms i have)... i went to the doc last month, for what i thought was a nasty bought of bronchitis, which after spending $100 from my paycheck, i was told, how bad my "allergies" have flared up this year... why am i still super congested and coughing like a banshee, do you ask?... i'm not so sure but i'm ingesting enough OTC claratin to feed a small army... but that's another story entirely...

i was pretty much wondering if anyone knows of any over the counter medicines that might do the trick or even any type of home remedies to help get to sleep at night... i took a few tylenol PM's last night and even that, did absolutely nothing for me... clearly, anything that i'm doing is not beneficial in any way so if anyone knows of anything that could be of assistance for the time being, please let me know ... and just as soon as i get some form of insurance straightened out, i will see a doctor about this...

in the past 2 nights, i will have a total of 9 hours of sleep, if i'm lucky... work at 7:30 am tomm (sat)until 4 of course... this is getting really bad...
