To read. For the past two weeks I have been craving to read a book, books, anything, well, almost anything. To be honest. I haven't had the time to go to the library or a book store to accommodate such a craving. Something about working in the business of what the American society appears to be based on, consumerism, has kept me locked away from a somewhat normal life these past two weeks. It is quite dreadful, if I must say so my self. I've been reduced to watching the novels on television, yearning to read the words on the page, conveyed by the writer, and create the vision in my mind of the story that unfolds before me. This week, if my regained social life from work allows me, I hope to make it to the store, or library, to pick up a book. I have plenty fine books here but, none that really peak my interest. My mind aches from the short quick e-mails here and there; tires from idle gossip; loathes the languid excuses put forth me from faults of their own. Indeed, this holiday season was really not so bad. Alas, I am tired. I feel somewhat weathered. I can not wait for spring. Not yet. She is still waiting. For that winter still must be enjoyed in all of his glory.

Broken french. I sold a 30gb iPod and case to two older quaint french men today. Challenges? I don't really work the sales floor enough to feel comfortable in english, let alone french. But I did it. And the one gentleman I was working with was quite pleasant for a typical french man. His buddy however, pish-shaw. Shrugs, I did it though. It kinda made me want to brush up on my french some more. I want to learn spanish, german (again) and portuguese. Insane list, I know. My english is not even that great. Okay, nuff about that now.

Chrismass '06. Like a pirate that made it out of the secret golden cave with a ship load of booty. The first, in a long time. Friends were included, which made it even all the more better.

Not much to see now. I got distracted and began reading about the history of Iran, the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic Republic, Munich attack from Black September, and British Petroleum (BP).

Music: Meloria's 'American Girl' by Tom Petty and the Heart Breakers.
