Where'd the Beach Go?
This weekend I went to the Hamptons. Under the pretext of going to the beach. We arrive; mom, Jetplane, Thomas, Julia, and Pepper/Dog. And we walk over to the beach and there's no freaking beach. Maybe a little beach. Ten feet from the dunes to the water. It was kinda cool.
Anyway. We went out to dinner at Sen, this Japanese restuarant in sometown-i-forgot-the-name. It was good. And there's this bookstore across the street so I bought Ender's Game for Jetplane, and this freaking AP World History review book for myself.
Oh the joy.
And then we got ice cream at the Candy Kitchen. Peppermint = <3
Then next day, i.e. today, we pretty much went to a corn "maIze," picked pumpkins, and got stuck in traffic en route to home.
Yayyyy. Homeworktime.
