Strawberry Marshmallow goodness

I learned the hard way today that when making homemade (strawberry) marshmallows, NEVER tip the beaters out of the bowl while they are still moving.

I have marshmallow in my hair, on the ceiling, even clear across to the livingroom.
Nice.

I really should have seen that coming!
